Role and Responsibilities:
- Full scale troubleshooting and repair (ability to replace all components of the device)
- Flexible to travel as required
- Flexible to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required
- May be asked to back up or perform duties of other job roles as qualified
- Maintains technical knowledge by completing training and reviewing technical publications
- Work all proactive maintenance (DRA) tickets assigned.
- Work all break/fix tickets assigned
- Contacting customer within 30 minutes after receiving
- Closing within (SLA) specified hours allotted of receiving
- Escalating to manager any ticket not closed after 1 hour
- Building walkthroughs each day
- Check all printers for any problems including consumables
- Maintain inventory
- Check in incoming orders daily
- Check inventory levels correcting any discrepancies
- Escalating any consumable outage to manager
- Preparing and shipping parts out when requested
- Customer service
- Responsible for maintaining good customer communications
- Meet all customers’ needs and requests, reporting any problems to manager
- Maintaining professional communications and appearance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma minimum, technical associates degree preferred
- 1-3 years print break/fix experience in an environment of 300+ devices
- Xerox /HP Certifications Preferred; or equivalent printer experience will be accepted.
- Active A+ Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass color test
- Must have reliable personal transportation and valid driver license
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
